moscowOLGA ZALOMIY (Of Counsel), is Licensed to practice law in California, New York, the Russian Federation and the European Court of Human Rights (France) (“ECHR”), Ms. Zalomiy has extensive experience in representing multinational companies, including, U.S., Eastern European and Asian clients, in business structuring and advice, intellectual property protection and prosecution and international litigation.

 

 
Ms. Zalomiy’s principal transactional focus has been in the arena of domestic and international intellectual property, business, and corporate law issues. Her litigation expertise ranges from representation of defendants in real estate disputes in Russia, to protection of U.S. small businesses’ property rights in the ECHR from unlawful actions of the Russian government and defense of trademark owner’s rights in Federal courts in California.

Olga is also an experienced Russian attorney and has a thorough understanding of Russian business practices and laws. Ms. Zalomiy represents Russia-based clients in the U.S., as well as non-Russia based clients in connection with their investments in business transaction in Russia.

She is educated both as a civil and common law attorney and received her J.D. from the Tomsk State University in Russia,  and her L.L.M. from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law.
Ms. Zalomiy is an ABA Young Lawyer Division Liaison to the Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative; and a member of ICDR Young & International and LCIA Young International Group.
