Ms. Zalomiy has extensive experience in representing multinational companies, including, U.S., Eastern European and Asian clients, in business structuring and advice, intellectual property protection and prosecution and international litigation.
James Maleady (Special Counsel) is Licensed to practice law in the state of New York. His practice concentrates on Litigation, Trial Practice, Wills Trusts and Estates. James is an experienced trial attorney with numerous jury verdicts.
